Meet Our Instructors

PEH Africa is guided by teachers and instructors who are committed to authentic energy education, spiritual growth and service.

Our instructors hold the responsibility of teaching with clarity, humility and respect for the lineage through which this work has been received. Through courses, meditations, community gatherings and educational programs, they help students understand energy in a practical, grounded and meaningful way.

Each instructor brings their own experience, presence and area of service, while remaining connected to PEH Africa’s wider vision: to make healing, meditation and spiritual education more accessible across Africa.

Senior Instructor

Shifu Simone

Shifu Simone is the Senior Instructor guiding PEH Africa’s Pranic Energy Healing courses, meditations and spiritual education. With deep dedication to the teachings and the lineage through which PEHA studies, she supports students in learning energy work with discipline, clarity and respect.

His teaching style is direct, practical and rooted in service, helping students understand not only the techniques of energy healing but also the inner attitude required to practise responsibly.

Valentina Cortini-Nutt

Valentina Cortini-Nutt is the Founder and CEO of PEH Africa. Her work is rooted in healing, spiritual education and the belief that energy awareness should become accessible to more people across Africa.

As a teacher, energy healer and creator of Somatic Neuroplasticity Therapy, Valentina brings together deep personal experience, practical healing work and a strong commitment to service. Through PEH Africa, she helps shape the organisation’s vision, community education and long-term outreach direction.
