- Information you voluntarily provide in relation to healing, meditation, spiritual practice, wellbeing, community participation or personal circumstances.
Please do not send us sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the specific interaction and you are comfortable for us to process it for that purpose.

- To respond to enquiries and messages sent through the website.

Legal Grounds For Processing
Depending on the context, we rely on one or more of the following grounds for processing:
- Consent, for example when you subscribe to a newsletter, agree to receive a resource by email, accept marketing communication, or voluntarily provide information.
- Contract or steps leading to a contract, for example when you purchase a paid download, register for a course, request a paid service or ask us to deliver a digital product.
- Legal obligation, for example accounting records, payment records, tax compliance, regulatory requests and non-profit administration.
- Legitimate interests, for example website security, fraud prevention, service improvement, responding to enquiries and keeping operational records.
- Protection of legitimate interests of you, PEH Africa, our community or another person where relevant and lawful.
Newsletter, Download Registration And Mailing Lists
We use newsletter and resource forms to keep in contact with people who request PEH Africa communications or digital resources.
The general newsletter form collects your full name, email address and consent to receive newsletters. Resource download forms collect your first name, surname, email address, phone number, selected resource, consent and security verification. Some resource forms are free; some are connected to Paystack payment before delivery.
When you submit these forms, your details may be added or updated in Brevo, our email and marketing platform. Resource requests are connected to the relevant list, such as Publications, Free PPM or Paid Guided Meditations, according to the resource category stored in our system.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending transactional or administrative emails that are necessary to complete a request, deliver a paid download, respond to you, or keep legally required records.
Paid Downloads, Paystack And Transaction Data
Paid digital products may include guided meditation audio recordings, publication archive editions, ebooks, course materials or other digital resources. Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless clearly stated otherwise.
Payments are processed through Paystack or another named payment provider. PEH Africa does not store your full card number or card security code on our website servers. Paystack processes payment details under its own legal and security terms.
For paid downloads, we may send Paystack the information needed to process and verify the transaction, including your email address, name, phone number, product slug or label, amount, currency and consent metadata. After payment, our system verifies the payment status, amount and currency before the download link is emailed to you.
We keep payment references and transaction records where needed for delivery, support, refund handling, accounting, fraud prevention and legal compliance.
Special Personal Information
Some interactions with PEH Africa may involve wellbeing, healing, meditation, spiritual education, religious or philosophical context, emotional experiences, health-related information, or other information that may be sensitive under POPIA.
We do not require you to disclose sensitive personal information through ordinary website forms unless it is relevant to the specific request. If you voluntarily share sensitive information with us, we will process it only for the purpose for which you provided it, or as otherwise permitted by law.
Children’s Information
Our website is intended for adults and general community information. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent from a parent, guardian or competent person where required.
If a child participates in a course, event, programme, meditation activity or community service connected to PEH Africa, we may require appropriate parent or guardian involvement and may process only the information reasonably needed for that activity and for safeguarding, communication and administration.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate consent, please contact us.

Some of our service providers may process or store information outside South Africa. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure that personal information is protected through appropriate contractual, technical or organisational safeguards, or that another lawful basis for transfer applies.
