Use Of This Website
You agree to use the website lawfully, respectfully and only for its intended purposes. You must not:
- Interfere with the website, forms, payment process, resource delivery system or security features.
- Attempt to bypass payment, access controls, download gates, Paystack verification or form verification.
- Submit false, misleading, fraudulent or unauthorised information.
- Upload or send harmful code, spam or automated abuse.
- Copy, scrape, resell, redistribute or commercially exploit PEH Africa content without written permission.
- Use the website in a way that infringes the rights, privacy or safety of another person.
We may suspend, refuse or restrict access where we reasonably believe the website, a service, a payment process, a resource, our community or another person may be harmed.
Website Information
We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, error-free or available. Course dates, event details, prices, download availability, resources and services may change.
If important information affects a purchase, registration or payment, please review the details shown at the point of payment or contact us before completing the transaction.
Wellness, Education And Spiritual Practice Disclaimer
PEH Africa provides information, education, meditation resources, spiritual-development content, energy-healing education and wellbeing-related material. This content is offered for personal reflection, education, inner awareness and spiritual practice.
PEH Africa content and services do not replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or other professional advice, diagnosis or treatment. Do not delay or avoid professional care because of something you read, hear or experience through PEH Africa.
If you are experiencing a medical, mental-health or emergency situation, contact an appropriate qualified professional or emergency service.
Guided meditations should be used responsibly. Do not listen to audio meditations while driving, operating machinery, cycling, swimming, or doing anything that requires active attention and alertness.
Free Resources And Download Registration
Some resources, publication editions, guided meditations or audio recordings are offered free of charge. Free resources may still require registration so that we can email the download link, manage delivery, prevent abuse and add you to the relevant PEH Africa mailing list after consent.
When you request a free resource, you may be asked for your first name, surname, email address, phone number, consent and a security verification. The file link is emailed to the address you provide.
Free availability may change. A resource shown as free on one date may later become part of an archive, paid library or different access structure, unless otherwise stated.
Paid Digital Products
Paid digital products may include guided meditation audio recordings, publication archive editions, ebooks, course materials, recordings, downloadable documents or other digital resources.
Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless another currency is clearly shown. For example, certain guided meditations may be offered at a standard PEH Africa price for 10-20 minute recordings, while archive editions, ebooks, courses or events may have their own displayed prices.
By purchasing a paid digital product, you confirm that:
- The product, price and currency shown at checkout are acceptable to you.
- You are authorised to use the payment method.
- The email address you provide is correct and accessible.
- You want PEH Africa to begin digital delivery after successful payment verification.
- You understand that the product is digital and may become accessible shortly after payment.
Paystack Payments
ZAR payments may be processed through Paystack. Some course, event, ebook, donation or digital-resource payments may use a Paystack hosted checkout, Paystack payment link, or the Paystack inline checkout on the website.
PEH Africa does not store your full card number or card security code on our website servers. Paystack processes your payment information under its own terms, security systems and privacy practices.
For paid downloads handled directly through the website, PEH Africa verifies the Paystack transaction on the server before sending the file. The amount, currency, product reference and payment status are checked before access is granted.
If a Paystack payment appears successful but you do not receive your download link, email info@peh.africa with your payment reference and the email address used at checkout.
Delivery Of Digital Downloads
Digital downloads are normally delivered by email after the required form is submitted and, for paid products, after payment has been successfully verified.
The email may contain a secure link to download the file. Please check your inbox, promotions folder and spam folder. Delivery can occasionally be delayed by email filtering, incorrect email addresses, payment verification delays, technical outages or third-party service interruptions.
If a paid digital product cannot be delivered because of a technical issue on our side, we will make reasonable efforts to provide access manually, resend the link, correct the issue, or refund you where appropriate.
You are responsible for providing a correct email address and maintaining access to that inbox.
Digital Download Refund Policy
Because paid digital products are supplied electronically and may be made available shortly after payment, all paid digital-download purchases are generally final once access has been granted or the download link has been sent.
You may request cancellation or a refund before access is granted or before the download link is sent. After delivery, refunds are considered only where there is a valid reason, including:
- Duplicate payment for the same product.
- Incorrect amount charged.
- Payment taken but no product delivered.
- A technical failure on our side that prevents access and cannot reasonably be resolved.
- The wrong digital product was supplied by PEH Africa.
- A fraudulent or unauthorised transaction, after review.
- A refund required under applicable South African law.
Refund requests must be sent to info@peh.africa as soon as possible and should include your name, email address, Paystack reference, product purchased, purchase date and reason for the request.
Approved refunds will normally be processed through the original payment channel where possible. Refund timing may depend on Paystack, the issuing bank, card network or payment method.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded under South African law, including rights under applicable consumer protection and electronic communications laws.
Donations
Donations support PEH Africa’s educational, meditation, healing, community and outreach work. Donations may be processed through Paystack, PayPal or another stated method.
Unless required by law or agreed in writing, donations are voluntary contributions and are not purchases of goods or services. Donation refunds may be considered where there has been a duplicate payment, payment error, unauthorised transaction or other valid reason.
Courses, Events And Services
Course, event, workshop, healing-service or programme registrations may have their own dates, fees, attendance requirements, refund rules, cancellation rules or facilitator terms shown on the relevant page, registration page or payment page.
Where a course or event has specific terms, those specific terms apply together with these Terms. If there is a direct conflict, the specific course or event terms apply to that course or event.
PEH Africa may postpone, reschedule, cancel or change an event, course, meditation space or programme where reasonably necessary. If you have paid for a course or event that is materially changed or cancelled, we will communicate the available options.
Newsletter And Communications
When you subscribe to the newsletter or request a downloadable resource, you may be added to a relevant PEH Africa mailing list through Brevo after consent.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us. We may still send transactional or administrative messages that are necessary for a purchase, download, registration, donation, support request or legal record.
You agree that information you submit through forms must be accurate and that you have authority to provide it.
Privacy And POPIA
Your personal information is processed according to our Privacy Policy, POPI Act Compliance and Cookie Policy. These documents explain what information we collect, how we use it, the third-party providers involved, your rights, and how to contact our Information Officer.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all website content, design, text, images, graphics, logos, audio recordings, guided meditations, downloads, ebooks, publications, course materials and related resources are owned by or licensed to PEH Africa or the relevant rights holder.
You may access and download materials only for the personal, non-commercial use permitted on the relevant product or resource page.
You may not copy, share, redistribute, resell, broadcast, upload, publish, publicly perform, commercially use, train artificial-intelligence systems on, or create derivative works from PEH Africa materials without written permission, unless the law expressly allows it.
Paid and free downloads are licensed for personal use only unless a different licence is clearly stated.
User Content And Submissions
If you submit messages, application answers, testimonials, feedback or other content to PEH Africa, you confirm that the content is truthful to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to submit it.
We may use submissions to respond to you, administer services, review applications, provide support, keep records and improve our work. We will not publish your personal story, testimonial, image or identifying details for marketing without appropriate permission.
Third-Party Links And Services
The website may link to or integrate with third-party services, including payment providers, social media platforms, email platforms, video platforms, file hosting services, partner websites and external learning or donation pages.
Third-party services are not controlled by PEH Africa. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms, privacy practices or processing of your information.
Availability And Technical Issues
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website, forms, payment services, downloads, emails or third-party integrations. Services may be unavailable because of maintenance, errors, internet issues, provider outages, security measures or circumstances outside our control.
Where a paid product is affected by a technical issue, we will make reasonable efforts to help you access the product or resolve the issue.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, PEH Africa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the website, reliance on website content, technical interruptions, third-party services, personal practice decisions, or unauthorised use of your account, device or email inbox.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify PEH Africa, its directors, officers, staff, volunteers, facilitators and service providers against claims, losses, costs or damages arising from your unlawful use of the website, breach of these Terms, infringement of rights, misuse of downloads, or submission of false or unauthorised information.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms when our website, services, payment processes, digital products, legal obligations or operational practices change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of the website after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be dealt with by the courts or appropriate authorities of South Africa, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.
