Empowering the next generation through spirituality, wisdom, and service.

Pranic Energy Healing Outreach Program

Founded March 20th, 2021

United Nations' International Day of Happiness

The Pranic Energy Healing Outreach Program (PEHA) is a South African Non-Profit Organisation founded on March 20th, 2021, in celebration of the United Nations' International Day of Happiness. What began as a vision to uplift humanity through spiritual education has now evolved into a dynamic platform for cultural, artistic, and philosophical exchange across Africa.

At its heart, the Council is guided by a single purpose: To empower the next generation by bridging cultures and traditions through spirituality, wisdom, and service.

Our Evolving Vision

As the world continues to shift, so too has our mission expanded. Under the guidance of our newly appointed board and advisors, PEHA is entering a new chapter — one rooted in the promotion and practice of spiritual and philosophical understanding, and the advancement of Africa's rich cultural and artistic heritage.

We believe that true empowerment comes from both inner awakening and cultural pride. Our work therefore focuses on creating opportunities for young people and communities to:

Explore universal spiritual principles while honouring local traditions.

Engage in dialogue that bridges race, religion, and social divisions.

Heal collective and ancestral trauma that perpetuates separation and victimhood.

Celebrate and preserve African arts, customs, and cultural expressions as pathways to unity and purpose.

Our Impact

What We Do

Through educational programs, artistic initiatives, and community outreach, Pranic Energy Healing Outreach Program creates spaces where spirituality meets real-world impact.

Community Empowerment & Education

Free workshops, mentorships, and healing initiatives to nurture emotional, mental, and spiritual resilience.

Cultural Preservation

Supporting and showcasing indigenous art, music, and storytelling as sacred forms of expression.

Philosophical Exploration

Promoting open dialogue on consciousness, ethics, and the interconnectedness of life, beyond religion.

Youth Development

Offering platforms for young Africans to express their ideas, connect globally, and co-create a more compassionate future.

Our Guiding Principle

We hold firm to the belief that humanity is one, and that unity in diversity is the key to Africa's spiritual and social renaissance. By blending ancient wisdom with modern understanding, PEHA seeks to restore balance, dignity, and hope — beginning with the youth and extending across all generations.

Leadership and Collaboration

The Council is led by a passionate board of directors — Valentina Cortini, Simone Armellini, Tshegofatso Letlape, and Galebongwe Kgosimotswedi — supported by an international advisory network. Together, they envision Africa not as a continent divided by difference, but as a living organism — beating as one.

Through partnerships with sister organisation Pranic Energy Healing Africa, the Council continues to weave spiritual principles into practical community action — creating bridges between healing, philosophy, art, and service.

Nicole Cortini

Outreach Coordinator

With a Master of Arts in Psychology and Social Anthropology and a Master of Science in the Psychology of Mental Health, I bring an interdisciplinary approach to mental well-being, combining insights from psychology, social sciences, and holistic practices.

My work explores the social, cultural, and psychological factors that influence mental health, with a particular focus on gender inequality, systemic oppression, and vulnerable populations.

As a certified Pranic Energy Healer (Level 4), I integrate holistic energy healing with evidence-based psychological methods to address the body, mind, and soul in a comprehensive, person-centered approach.

Through my outreach work and advisory role, I focus on preventing suicidality, promoting human rights, and empowering the most marginalized members of society, particularly women and children.

Guided by a commitment to confronting patriarchy, racism, and social injustice, I strive to foster inclusive, compassionate, and equitable communities where every individual can thrive.
