How She Teaches
Valentina’s teaching style is warm, direct and deeply human.
She often begins with the everyday experiences people recognise in themselves: emotional overwhelm, stress, grief, fear, exhaustion, old wounds, family conditioning, self-protection and the feeling of being disconnected from oneself. From there, she helps people understand how energy, emotion, body responses and old patterns influence the way they live, relate and react.
Her teaching is grounded and practical. She does not present healing as something abstract or unreachable. Instead, she helps people recognise what is happening within them and gives them language, awareness and tools to begin working with it.
Her approach encourages self-responsibility without shame. Students and clients are invited to observe themselves honestly, understand their patterns with compassion and begin making different choices from a place of greater awareness.
Valentina also brings joy, laughter and lightness into her classes and individual sessions. She believes that healing does not always have to feel heavy and that moments of humour, warmth and genuine human connection can help people feel safer, softer and more open to change. For her, joy is not separate from healing. It is part of the energy that helps people reconnect with life.
