PEH Africa offers a structured course pathway for students who want to understand energy, develop healing skills and deepen their spiritual practice over time.
Some students begin by learning how to feel and recognise subtle energy. Others continue through the full Pranic Energy Healing training pathway, moving from foundational healing skills into more advanced applications, protection work, crystal healing and spiritual development.
The courses are designed to build step by step, so that students can grow in understanding, practice and confidence as they continue.

The courses are designed to be taken in their intended sequence, as each level builds on the understanding, practice and experience developed in the previous one.
The main pathway follows the Pranic Energy Healing course sequence. After completing Pranic Energy Healing Level 1, students may also choose to begin the spiritual development pathway alongside their healing training.
