What Will This Course Give You?
Awakening the Light Within 1 & 2 marks the beginning of the spiritual development pathway within PEHA.
While the healing courses teach you how to understand and work with the energy body, this course turns the attention inward. The focus shifts towards meditation, self-observation, spiritual discipline and the development of greater awareness in everyday life.
You begin exploring how your thoughts, emotions, habits and reactions influence your inner state, and how spiritual practice can help you become more conscious of the way you respond to life.
Rather than presenting spirituality as something separate from ordinary living, the course encourages you to bring greater awareness into your relationships, choices, emotional reactions and daily behaviour.
The healing pathway teaches you how to work with energy. The spiritual pathway begins teaching you how to work more consciously with yourself.

What Does This Look Like in Everyday Life?
Spiritual development does not only happen while you are meditating.
You may notice, for example, that the same situation repeatedly triggers anger, fear, impatience or defensiveness. You may recognise that you react before you have had time to choose how you actually want to respond.
The work begins by becoming more aware of these patterns.
Instead of immediately identifying with every thought or emotion, you begin learning to observe what is happening within you. Over time, that greater awareness can create more space between what happens and how you respond.
Meditation supports this process by training attention and helping you become more familiar with your own inner state.
The aim is not to become emotionally detached or to suppress what you feel. It is to become increasingly conscious of what is influencing you and how you choose to act.
Why Is This Useful?
Many people begin a spiritual path because they want greater peace, clarity or meaning, but lasting inner development requires more than occasional inspiration.
It requires practice.
Awakening the Light Within introduces a structured approach to that practice.
You begin developing tools that can help you observe yourself more clearly, recognise patterns that no longer serve you and cultivate qualities such as patience, compassion, discipline and greater emotional steadiness.
The course also introduces an important principle within the PEHA teaching pathway: spiritual development is not only about personal improvement.

This course is designed for students who have already completed Pranic Energy Healing Level 1.
Two Parts, One Day
Awakening the Light Within 1 and Awakening the Light Within 2 are taught together on the same day.
They form one connected step in the PEHA spiritual development pathway rather than two separate course levels that need to be booked individually.
Students therefore enrol for the complete Awakening the Light Within 1 & 2 programme.
Healing and Spiritual Development
The PEHA learning pathway begins with Technology of Feeling Subtle Energy and continues into Pranic Energy Healing Level 1.
After Level 1, students may continue along the healing pathway towards Levels 2 to 5 while also beginning the spiritual development pathway with Awakening the Light Within 1 & 2.
The two pathways support different aspects of development.
The healing pathway develops practical knowledge and healing skills.
The spiritual pathway develops meditation, self-awareness, inner discipline and the deeper personal work that accompanies spiritual growth.
Students may therefore continue developing both aspects over time.
