The Planetary Peace Meditation is a spiritual meditation based on the original meditation developed by Maha Atma Choa Kok Sui and historically known as the Meditation on Twin Hearts.
The practice begins by awakening the qualities of love within the heart and crown energy centres before consciously extending loving-kindness, peace, hope, harmony, goodwill and blessings to the Earth and all beings.
This recording is guided by Shifu Simone Armellini and is offered freely by Pranic Energy Healing Africa in the spirit in which the original meditation was intended to be shared.

A Meditation Created for World Peace
The Planetary Meditation for Peace was developed by Maha Atma Choa Kok Sui and was originally widely known as the Meditation on Twin Hearts.
The “Twin Hearts” refer to the heart and crown energy centres. During the meditation, these centres are brought into greater awareness while the practitioner becomes an instrument for blessing the Earth with loving-kindness, peace, harmony, hope, goodwill and the will to do good.
Maha Atma Choa Kok Sui explicitly encouraged the dissemination of this meditation.
In The Ancient Art and Science of Pranic Healing, he described the Meditation on Twin Hearts as a powerful tool for bringing about world peace and granted permission for the relevant chapter to be reprinted, recopied and reproduced provided that proper acknowledgement was made.

Blessing the Earth — and Ourselves Within It
The meditation begins by awakening feelings of love, tenderness, joy and inner peace before extending these qualities beyond the individual.
The Earth is then consciously blessed with loving-kindness, reconciliation, hope, faith, light, joy, harmony, goodwill, prosperity and peace.
Although the blessings are directed outward, the practitioner is not separate from the world being blessed.
We are part of humanity and part of the Earth itself. In cultivating and radiating peace, love and goodwill, we also participate in those qualities within our own lives.
